How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Shipwreck Dowser and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser trigger.
4. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Ghostly Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Shipwreck Dowser and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, whose entering-the-battlefield trigger acts as an exile engine for your other permanents, which in turn flood the board with an army of 1/1 Soldier creature tokens. By casting Ghostly Flicker, you target Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser, sending them into exile and immediately triggering their return; Shipwreck Dowser's entrance then conveniently plucks Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. This continuous cycle resets Abdel Adrian anew, allowing you to continually hoard and churn through your nonland permanents while generating infinite enters-and-leaves-the-battlefield triggers, storm count, and magecraft triggers.
