How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Pinnacle Monk and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Pinnacle Monk trigger.
4. Resolve the Pinnacle Monk trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Ghostly Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Pinnacle Monk and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This engine achieves its infinite loop by cycling Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward and Pinnacle Monk // Mystic Peak back and forth using Ghostly Flicker. When Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, he temporarily exiles Pinnacle Monk alongside any mana-producing permanents you control, immediately spawning a growing army of 1/1 Soldier tokens in the process. As Pinnacle Monk returns alongside the rest of its exiled company, its triggered ability salvages Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard. By tapping your mana sources in response to Abdel Adrian's reset before they vanish into exile, you perpetually fund the next casting of Ghostly Flicker to keep the loop spinning indefinitely.
