How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Donnie & April and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Donnie & April trigger.
4. Resolve the Donnie & April trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Ghostly Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Donnie & April and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into an engine that repeatedly vanishes and returns your board, fueling your mana-producing permanents along the way. Every time Abdel Adrian blinks, you leverage Ghostly Flicker to restart the cycle while using Donnie & April, Adorkable Duo to pull Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard. As Abdel Adrian re-enters to swallow your tapped mana sources and Donnie & April anew, you flood the board with an endless army of Soldier tokens and generate infinite resources.
