How it works

1. Cast Cloudshift by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Possessed Skaab and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Possessed Skaab trigger.
4. Resolve the Possessed Skaab trigger, returning Cloudshift from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Cloudshift.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Possessed Skaab and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a simple blink spell into an unstoppable engine by leveraging Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to repeatedly cycle your board in and out of exile. Each time Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, he swallows up your mana sources alongside Possessed Skaab, generating an army of 1/1 Soldier tokens and resetting your nonland permanents with every iteration. Possessed Skaab does the crucial graveyard work, letting you snatch Cloudshift right back out of your graveyard to hand the moment it returns. Finally, Cloudshift itself acts as the ignition switch, letting you cast it over and over to restart the cycle and continuously squeeze infinite value from the entire assembly.
