How it works

1. Cast Displace by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Possessed Skaab and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Possessed Skaab trigger.
4. Resolve the Possessed Skaab trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Displace.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Possessed Skaab and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Displace to repeatedly blink Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, which triggers his ability to consume your other nonland permanents and flood the board with 1/1 Soldier tokens. Every time Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield alongside Possessed Skaab, the Skaab's entry trigger retrieves Displace from your graveyard so you can cast it all over again. By tapping your mana-producing permanents for resources before Abdel Adrian's exile trigger resolves to scoop them back up, you continuously fuel the entire engine while generating infinite enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and storm triggers.
