How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Ardent Elementalist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Ardent Elementalist trigger.
4. Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Ardent Elementalist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop begins by using Justiciar's Portal to blink Abdel Adrian, whose entry triggers the exile of Ardent Elementalist alongside your mana-producing permanents while flooding the board with Soldier tokens. As Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, Ardent Elementalist returns to retrieve Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard, readying the spell to be cast again. Because Abdel Adrian's exile trigger resolves last, you can tap your mana sources for mana before they get swept away, fueling the continuous cycle of blinks, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and storm count.
