How it works
Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Ardent Elementalist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Ardent Elementalist trigger.
Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Ardent Elementalist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This clever loop sets up an endless cycle of re-entry by utilizing Illusionist's Stratagem to blink Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, which in turn continuously sweeps your other permanents in and out of exile. Every time Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, he swallows up Ardent Elementalist alongside your mana-producing lands or artifacts, netting a fresh 1/1 Soldier token with each iteration. As Ardent Elementalist drops back into play, its entry trigger scoops Illusionist's Stratagem right back out of your graveyard and into your hand, ready to restart the cycle. By tapping your other permanents for mana before Abdel Adrian consumes them, you continuously fund the next casting of Illusionist's Stratagem while churning through your deck for infinite card draw and near-infinite effects.
