How it works

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Ardent Elementalist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Ardent Elementalist trigger.
4. Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Flicker of Fate from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker of Fate.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Ardent Elementalist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, whose entry triggers a mass exile of your own permanents that instantly returns everything when he leaves. By using Flicker of Fate to blink Abdel Adrian, you reset his exile trigger and let Ardent Elementalist trigger upon her return to handily fish the spell right back out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, any mana-producing permanents you control can be tapped for resources while hidden safely inside Abdel Adrian's exile zone before being brought right back to repeat the entire cycle.
