How it works

1. Cast Essence Flux by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Ardent Elementalist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Ardent Elementalist trigger.
4. Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Essence Flux from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Essence Flux.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Ardent Elementalist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses the power of Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously reset your board by exiling and returning your other permanents. By casting Essence Flux to blink Abdel Adrian, you trigger Ardent Elementalist's entry ability to continuously fish the instant right back out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, Abdel Adrian's own entrance and exit triggers ensure you can harvest extra mana from your other permanents and flood the battlefield with an endless army of Soldier tokens.
