How it works

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Archaeomancer and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Archaeomancer trigger.
4. Resolve the Archaeomancer trigger, returning Flicker of Fate from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker of Fate.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Archaeomancer and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into an engine of endless rebirth by using Flicker of Fate to constantly reset his entry trigger. Each time Abdel re-enters, he temporarily swallows up Archaeomancer along with your mana-producing permanents, and the ensuing Soldier tokens amass while Archaeomancer safely returns the flicker spell back to your hand. You then tap those mana-producing permanents for the resources needed to recast Flicker of Fate, perpetuating the cycle to flood the board with infinite tokens, triggers, and storm count.
