How it works
Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves and re-enters the battlefield, causing all cards exiled with it to be returned to the battlefield. Abdel Adrian and Repository Skaab's exploit ability trigger.
Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, exploiting another creature and triggering its second ability.
Holding priority, activate any number of permanents by tapping them, adding at least the cost of Justiciar's Portal.
Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling the mana producing permanent(s) and Repository Skaab and creating that many 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
Repeat.
By casting Justiciar's Portal to blink Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, we set into motion a cascading loop that continuously resets the battlefield. As Abdel Adrian re-enters, its ETB ability scoops up both our mana-producing permanents and Repository Skaab, while Repository Skaab's exploit ability—triggered by sacrificing one of the Soldier tokens Abdel just created—pulls Justiciar's Portal right back from the graveyard to our hand. This looping cycle of exile, sacrifice, and return allows us to tap our mana sources for profit before they get swallowed up, netting infinite mana, tokens, and triggers along the way.
