How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Scrivener and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Scrivener trigger.
4. Resolve the Scrivener trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Scrivener and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This mesmerizing loop relies on blinking Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously reset a cycle that feeds on itself. Each time Abdel re-enters the battlefield, it scoops up Scrivener alongside your mana sources, and Scrivener uses its entry trigger to fish Justiciar's Portal right back out of your graveyard. By tapping those mana-producing permanents for resources before Abdel's exile trigger resolves, you generate an endless cascade of Soldier tokens, magecraft triggers, and storm count.
