How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Izzet Chronarch and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Izzet Chronarch trigger.
4. Resolve the Izzet Chronarch trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Izzet Chronarch and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This crafty sequence puts Justiciar's Portal to work by repeatedly blinking Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously reset his entering-the-battlefield exile trigger. Each time Abdel Adrian re-enters, he swallows up Izzet Chronarch along with your mana-producing permanents, which triggers Izzet Chronarch to fish Justiciar's Portal right back out of your graveyard. This lets you tap those permanents for mana before they get temporarily tucked away, fueling the continuous loop while flooding the board with an endless army of Soldier tokens.
