How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
4. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, whose entry triggers the exile of your own nonland permanents—including mana producers and Revolutionist—while spitting out an army of 1/1 Soldier tokens. By using Justiciar's Portal to blink Abdel Adrian, you trigger a cascade of returns: Revolutionist enters to pull Justiciar's Portal right back from your graveyard to your hand, while the rest of your mana sources pop back into play ready to tap for the next iteration. Because Abdel Adrian's exile effect continuously grabs and releases everything, you get an endlessly repeating cycle of leaves-the-battlefield and enters-the-battlefield triggers that floods the board with tokens and infinite mana.
