How it works

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves and re-enters the battlefield, causing all cards exiled with it to be returned to the battlefield. Abdel Adrian and Repository Skaab's exploit ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, exploiting another creature and triggering its second ability.
4. Holding priority, activate any number of permanents by tapping them, adding at least the cost of Flicker of Fate.
5. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, returning Flicker of Fate from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling the mana producing permanent(s) and Repository Skaab and creating that many 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into a self-sustaining engine by using Flicker of Fate to continuously reset its entry trigger. As Abdel Adrian blinks in and out, it safely swallows and releases Repository Skaab alongside your mana-producing permanents, while leaving behind a steadily growing army of 1/1 Soldier tokens. Each time Repository Skaab hits the board, its exploit ability lets you sacrifice a creature to recur Flicker of Fate from your graveyard right back to your hand, fueling the next iteration of the loop.
