How it works

1. Cast Lagrella either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Lagrella enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Abdel Adrian until Lagrella leaves the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, causing Icewind Stalwart to return to the battlefield from exile.
4. When Icewind Stalwart enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Lagrella.
5. Lagrella leaves and enters the battlefield, causing Abdel Adrian to return to the battlefield from exile and triggering Abdel Adrian and Lagrella.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Icewind Stalwart and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
7. Resolve the Lagrella trigger, exiling Abdel Adrian until Lagrella leaves the battlefield.
8. Repeat from step 3.
