How it works

1. Cast Displace by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Izzet Chronarch and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Izzet Chronarch trigger.
4. Resolve the Izzet Chronarch trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Displace.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Izzet Chronarch and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a simple blink spell into a self-sustaining engine by leveraging the recursive power of Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward. When you cast Displace to flicker Abdel Adrian alongside Izzet Chronarch, Abdel's entry trigger exiles the Chronarch and your mana-producing permanents while flooding the board with 1/1 Soldier tokens, while Izzet Chronarch smoothly returns Displace right back to your hand. As you repeat this sequence, you generate an infinite storm count, endless enter-and-leave-the-battlefield triggers, and all the mana you need to keep the cycle spinning indefinitely.
