How it works
Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This brilliant loop relies on Illusionist's Stratagem to repeatedly blink Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, whose entry trigger tucks away your other permanents and floods the board with 1/1 Soldier tokens. Each time Abdel re-enters, he also brings back Revolutionist, whose own entry trigger plucks Illusionist's Stratagem right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. By floating mana from your other tapped permanents before Abdel sweeps them up into exile, you perpetually fund the next casting of the spell to keep the cycle spinning infinitely.
