How it works
Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian and causing you to draw a card
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Pinnacle Monk and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Pinnacle Monk trigger.
Resolve the Pinnacle Monk trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Pinnacle Monk and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into an infinite engine of creation and recursion by leveraging Illusionist's Stratagem to repeatedly blink him alongside Pinnacle Monk. Each time Abdel re-enters, his ability swallows up your mana sources and the Monk, which triggers Pinnacle Monk to pull Illusionist's Stratagem right back out of your graveyard to your hand. Tapping your other permanents for mana before Abdel's exile trigger resolves ensures you always have the fuel to cast the Stratagem again, generating a ceaseless cascade of token soldiers, card draw, and spell casts.
