How it works

1. Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Chakra Meditation and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Chakra Meditation's first ability trigger.
4. Resolve the Chakra Meditation trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Chakra Meditation and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever Commander loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into an engine that endlessly recycles your battlefield and graveyard. By casting Illusionist's Stratagem to blink Abdel Adrian, you trigger his enter-the-battlefield ability to swallow up your mana sources alongside Chakra Meditation. When Chakra Meditation re-enters, its triggered ability conveniently fishes that very same Illusionist's Stratagem right back out of your graveyard, letting you recast it to repeat the cycle while generating an army of 1/1 Soldier tokens.
