How it works

1. Cast Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
4. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop hinges on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward cycling in and out of exile to repeatedly trigger its own enter-the-battlefield ability. By casting Flicker to exile Abdel Adrian, you trigger the return of Revolutionist, whose own entry ability plucks Flicker right back out of your graveyard to hand. Because Abdel Adrian's exile effect also scoops up your mana-producing permanents along the way, you can tap them for mana before they vanish to pay for each successive cast of Flicker.
