How it works

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Shipwreck Dowser and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser trigger.
4. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Flicker of Fate from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker of Fate.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Shipwreck Dowser and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward as the engine to repeatedly cycle your board, with Flicker of Fate acting as the initial spark to get the blinking started. Whenever Abdel Adrian re-enters the battlefield, it exiles Shipwreck Dowser alongside your mana-producing permanents, which conveniently leaves behind a growing army of 1/1 Soldier tokens in the process. When Shipwreck Dowser returns alongside them, its enter-the-battlefield ability triggers to fish Flicker of Fate right back out of your graveyard, ready to cast again. By floating enough mana from those tapped permanents before Abdel Adrian gobbles them back up, you keep the engine running infinitely.
