How it works

1. Cast Flicker of Fate by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
4. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Flicker of Fate from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker of Fate.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, who constantly resets the board by exiling your other permanents and flooding the field with Soldier tokens every time he returns. By using Flicker of Fate to blink Abdel Adrian, you trigger both his own reset and Revolutionist, which fishes Flicker of Fate right back out of your graveyard to hand. As long as you have enough mana-producing permanents swept up in Abdel Adrian's exile zone to pay for the spell each iteration, Revolutionist ensures you never run out of ammunition.
