How it works

1. Cast Displace by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Shipwreck Dowser and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser trigger.
4. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Displace.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Shipwreck Dowser and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward cycling continuously in and out of exile with the help of Displace to generate an unstoppable cascade of value. Each time Abdel returns, his enters-the-battlefield ability temporarily swallows up your mana-producing permanents along with Shipwreck Dowser, netting you a growing army of 1/1 Soldier tokens in the process. When Shipwreck Dowser hits the battlefield, its own trigger effortlessly fishes Displace right back out of your graveyard, ready to cast again. Together, these pieces turn your temporary exile mechanics into a perpetual motion machine that churns out infinite triggers and tokens.
