How it works

1. Cast Essence Flux by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Shipwreck Dowser and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser trigger.
4. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Essence Flux from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Essence Flux.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Shipwreck Dowser and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop is a masterclass in recursive blinking, fueled by Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward anchoring your entire board and turning it into a cascading army of 1/1 Soldiers. By casting Essence Flux to blink Abdel Adrian, you trigger Shipwreck Dowser's entry ability to effortlessly fish that very same spell right back out of your graveyard. As Abdel Adrian re-enters, it continuously re-exiles Shipwreck Dowser alongside whatever mana-producing permanents you need to tap and recast the whole engine.
