How it works

1. Cast Essence Flux by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
4. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Essence Flux from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Essence Flux.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This intricate loop turns Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward into an engine of continuous creation and recursion by repeatedly blinking him with Essence Flux. Each cycle, Abdel's entry triggers to swallow up your mana-producing permanents and Revolutionist, which promptly loops Essence Flux right back to your hand upon re-entering. Revolutionist's ability to pull the blink spell straight from the graveyard fuels the engine, while Abdel's generation of Soldier tokens ensures you are handsomely rewarded for every iteration.
