How it works

1. Cast Abdel Adrian by paying 4.
2. Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, exiling Glasspool Mimic until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
3. Glasspool Mimic leaves the battlefield, triggering its second ability, returning Wormfang Drake from exile to the battlefield.
4. Wormfang Drake enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability, exiling Abdel Adrian.
5. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Glasspool Mimic from exile to the battlefield as a copy of Wormfang Drake.
6. Glasspool Mimic enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability, exiling Wormfang Drake.
7. Wormfang Drake leaves the battlefield, triggering its second ability, returning Abdel Adrian from exile to the battlefield.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious loop creates an infinite cycle of rebirth by having Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward constantly cycle our pieces in and out of exile. When Wormfang Drake enters, it forces Abdel Adrian out of play, which in turn causes Glasspool Mimic—currently impersonating the Drake—to leave the battlefield and bring the original Wormfang Drake back. As the Mimic returns, its copy effect lets it re-enter as a fresh copy of Wormfang Drake to restart the cycle, generating an endless stream of creature tokens, entry triggers, and leaves-the-battlefield triggers along the way.
