How it works

1. Cast Splash Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Timeless Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Timeless Witness trigger.
4. Resolve the Timeless Witness trigger, returning Splash Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Splash Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Timeless Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop turns the simple blink effect of Splash Portal into an engine for infinite value, anchored by Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward cycling back and forth to reset your board. Every iteration relies on Timeless Witness entering the battlefield to scoop Splash Portal right back out of your graveyard, ensuring you never run out of ammo. Along the way, Abdel Adrian's exile trigger sweeps up your mana-producing permanents and Timeless Witness itself, letting you generate an endless army of 1/1 Soldier tokens while endlessly reusing your mana sources.
