How it works

1. Cast Splash Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Revolutionist and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Revolutionist trigger.
4. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Splash Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Splash Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Revolutionist and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop sets up an infinite engine centered on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, using Splash Portal to repeatedly blink him in and out of play. Each time Abdel re-enters, his triggered ability temporarily banishes your board, but crucially allows you to scoop up Revolutionist from your graveyard—returning Splash Portal right back to your hand for the next iteration. Because Abdel also traps your mana-producing permanents under his care before releasing them fresh upon each cycle, you can float all the mana you need to recast the spell. The result is an endlessly repeating cascade of entry and exit triggers, flooding the board with infinite Soldier tokens and storm count while keeping your pieces completely protected in exile.
