How it works

1. Cast Planar Incision by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Salvager of Secrets and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Salvager of Secrets trigger.
4. Resolve the Salvager of Secrets trigger, returning Planar Incision from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Planar Incision.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Salvager of Secrets and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop spins into motion by leveraging Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously cycle your nonland permanents in and out of exile. Every iteration begins by casting Planar Incision to blink Abdel Adrian, which in turn drops Salvager of Secrets back onto the battlefield to fish that very same Planar Incision right back out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, Abdel Adrian's enter-the-battlefield trigger re-exiles Salvager of Secrets alongside your mana-producing permanents, leaving you with an endless parade of Soldier tokens, triggers, and floating mana to keep the engine roaring forever.
