How it works

1. Cast Planar Incision by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves and re-enters the battlefield, causing all cards exiled with it to be returned to the battlefield. Abdel Adrian and Repository Skaab's exploit ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, exploiting another creature and triggering its second ability.
4. Holding priority, activate any number of permanents by tapping them, adding at least the cost of Planar Incision.
5. Resolve the Repository Skaab trigger, returning Planar Incision from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling the mana producing permanent(s) and Repository Skaab and creating that many 1/1 Soldier creature tokens.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop centers on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, who acts as your blinking anchor by repeatedly exiling and returning your other permanents to create a growing army of 1/1 Soldier tokens. To sustain the cycle, Planar Incision provides the necessary flicker effect to keep Abdel Adrian resetting over and over. Meanwhile, Repository Skaab uses its exploit ability to sacrifice those generated tokens and reliably pull Planar Incision right back from your graveyard to your hand, fueled by whatever other mana-producing permanents you manage to exile and replay along the way.
