How it works

1. Cast Planar Incision by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Shipwreck Dowser and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Shipwreck Dowser trigger.
4. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Planar Incision from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Planar Incision.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Shipwreck Dowser and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop spins up endless value by leveraging Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously consume and release your own board state. When you cast Planar Incision to blink Abdel Adrian, his departure triggers Shipwreck Dowser and the rest of your exiled permanents to return, allowing Shipwreck Dowser's enter-the-battlefield ability to pluck Planar Incision right back out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, Abdel Adrian's re-entry lets you sweep up Shipwreck Dowser and any mana-producing nonland permanents you control to fund the next iteration, generating an infinite army of Soldier tokens and endless triggers along the way.
