How it works
Cast Blur by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Scholar of the Ages and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
Abdel Adrian and Scholar of the Ages trigger.
Resolve the Scholar of the Ages trigger, returning Blur from your graveyard to your hand.
Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Blur.
Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Scholar of the Ages and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
Repeat.
This clever loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously reset your board by exiling your own permanents and flooding the field with Soldier tokens whenever he blinks. By casting Blur, you trigger this cycle while drawing a card to keep your hand full. Meanwhile, Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield alongside those exiled permanents to constantly fish Blur right back out of your graveyard, ensuring you never run out of gas. With a little help from your other mana-producing permanents being repeatedly exiled and returned, this engine easily generates infinite value and endless loops of instant-speed recursion.
