How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Eternal Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Eternal Witness trigger.
4. Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Eternal Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop starts with Justiciar's Portal, which kicks things off by blinking Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward. Every time Abdel re-enters, he exiles Eternal Witness alongside your other mana-producing permanents, and the resulting army of 1/1 Soldier tokens begins to grow. When Eternal Witness enters back in alongside him, its trigger snatches Justiciar's Portal right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Tapping your mana sources in response to fuel the next cast keeps the entire engine running infinitely.
