How it works

1. Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Eternal Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Eternal Witness trigger.
4. Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Eternal Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This engine uses Illusionist's Stratagem to repeatedly reset Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, which manages your board by cycling your mana-producers and Eternal Witness in and out of exile. Every time Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, it grabs Illusionist's Stratagem right back out of your graveyard, ensuring you never run out of gas while drawing your entire deck in the process. Abdel Adrian's ability also floods the board with an endless army of 1/1 Soldier creature tokens as a byproduct of constantly rebuilding your exiled setup.
