How it works

1. Cast Displace by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Eternal Witness and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Eternal Witness trigger.
4. Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Displace from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Displace.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Eternal Witness and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Displace to repeatedly reset Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, turning every iteration into an army of Soldier tokens and a cascade of enter-the-battlefield triggers. To keep the spell flowing, Eternal Witness tags along for the ride, reaching back into your graveyard each time to retrieve Displace right back to your hand. Meanwhile, Abdel Adrian's exile effect also scoops up any mana-producing permanents you control, allowing you to tap them for mana before they vanish so you can endlessly recast Displace and fuel the entire engine.
