How it works

1. Cast Against All Odds by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Damage Control Crew and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Damage Control Crew trigger.
4. Resolve the Damage Control Crew trigger, returning Against All Odds from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Against All Odds.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Damage Control Crew and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

By repeatedly blinking Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward with Against All Odds, this loop turns your mana-producing permanents and Damage Control Crew into a perpetual motion machine. Each time Damage Control Crew enters the battlefield alongside your other exiled permanents, its Repair ability triggers to fish Against All Odds right back out of your graveyard. This seamless exchange lets you tap your permanents for mana before Abdel Adrian sweeps them all away again, generating an endless tide of Soldier tokens and triggering every enter-the-battlefield ability you care to pack.
