How it works
- Cast Technomancer by paying 5.
- When Technomancer enters, it triggers, causing you to mill three cards and return Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- When Phyrexian Metamorph enters, it triggers. Holding priority, activate Atog by sacrificing Phyrexian Metamorph.
- Resolve the Phyrexian Metamorph trigger, causing you to mill three cards and return Phyrexian Metamorph from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop is ignited when you cast Technomancer, whose entry allows you to pull Phyrexian Metamorph right back out of your graveyard as a fresh copy of the Technomancer itself. Because the Metamorph copies its benefactor upon entering, it triggers its own recursive loop of milling and reanimation—and while that trigger sits on the stack, you can feed the Metamorph copy to Atog's sacrifice ability to fuel a monstrously huge creature. By looping this entry and exit dance indefinitely, you generate an endless cascade of artifact and creature triggers to overwhelm the table.
