How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Sightless Ghoul
2. When Sightless Ghoul dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Sightless Ghoul
4. When Sightless Ghoul dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
5. Resolve both Goblin Bombardment abilities from step 1 and 3.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the constant push and pull between +1/+1 and -1/+1 counters to recycle a single threat indefinitely. By granting persist to Sightless Ghoul through the twilight face of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight, the Ghoul gains a way to return from the dead even after its native undying ability has already triggered and placed a counter on it. Goblin Bombardment provides the necessary outlet to sacrifice the Ghoul, turning each death and resurrection cycle into direct damage to any target while reaping infinite triggers.
