How it works

1. Declare any non-Gnome creature you control as an attacker.
2. Anim Pakal triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself, then creating at least five 1/1 Gnome artifact creature tokens that are tapped and attacking.
3. Move to your postcombat main phase.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by saacrificing five Gnomes, adding .
5. Activate Aggravated Assault by paying 3, causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat and main phase after this one.
6. Repeat.

This explosive Commander combo turns a modest board state into an endless parade of war by feeding Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon's relentless troop generation straight into Phyrexian Altar. As Anim Pakal attacks alongside other non-Gnome creatures, she accumulates +1/+1 counters and spits out an escalating horde of attacking Gnomes that are swiftly sacrificed to the Altar for a flood of colored mana. With your mana reserves overflowing, you channel that fuel directly into Aggravated Assault to untap your forces and grant yourself an endless series of additional combat phases.
