How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the nontoken creature, adding one mana of any color.
2. When the creature dies, Mortuary triggers, putting the creature from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast the creature by paying its mana cost.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your graveyard into an endless assembly line, fueled entirely by Phyrexian Altar to feed your sacrifice, death, and storm triggers. As you feed creatures into the Altar, Mortuary steps in to catch them on their way to the graveyard, seamlessly recycling them back onto the top of your library. Meanwhile, Elven Chorus keeps the engine running smoothly by letting you peek at that top card at any time and cast it right back onto the battlefield, turning every recycled creature into a fresh cast from the top.
