How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding 1.
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns your library into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of top-deck casting permissions granted by Elven Chorus and Mm'menon, the Right Hand. With those two permanents in play, you can continuously look at and cast artifacts from the top of your library, while Elven Chorus and Mm'menon, the Right Hand also grant your creatures and artifacts the crucial mana-producing abilities needed to pay for Sensei's Divining Top. You tap Traxos, Scourge of Kroog for mana to draw a card and tuck Sensei's Divining Top right back onto your library, where it can be recast immediately. Each time you play that historic artifact, the cast triggers Traxos, Scourge of Kroog to untap itself, resetting the whole cycle for infinite card draw and storm count.
