How it works

1. Cast the artifact by paying 0.
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Izzet Boilerworks.
3. Resolve the artifact spell.
4. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Izzet Boilerworks.
5. When Izzet Boilerworks dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Izzet Boilerworks from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When Izzet Boilerworks enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
7. Resolve the Yahenni ability

You then sacrifice that land-artifact to Yahenni, Undying Partisan, whose sacrifice outlet keeps the creature safe while sending Izzet Boilerworks to the graveyard. Because Izzet Boilerworks is a land, its death triggers Toph, Hardheaded Teacher to return it to the battlefield tapped, and its subsequent entry-triggered ability bounces your original artifact back to your hand so you can cast it all over again.
