How it works

1. Cast the artifact by paying 0.
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Izzet Boilerworks.
3. Resolve the artifact spell.
4. Activate Coastal Hornclaw by sacrificing Izzet Boilerworks.
5. When Izzet Boilerworks dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Izzet Boilerworks from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When Izzet Boilerworks enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
7. Resolve the Coastal Hornclaw ability

With that foundation set, you cast a zero-mana artifact to trigger Toph, Hardheaded Teacher, earthbending your Izzet Boilerworks into a land-creature so it becomes a valid sacrifice target for Coastal Hornclaw. When you sacrifice that animated Boilerworks to give the Hornclaw flying, its death triggers Toph, Hardheaded Teacher to return the Boilerworks straight to the battlefield tapped. This triggers the Boilerworks' own bounce ability, allowing you to pick up the original artifact—which Toph, the First Metalbender currently treats as a land—ready to be cast all over again for infinite triggers.
