How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Cultivator of Blades.
2. When Cultivator of Blades dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Cultivator of Blades enters, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop centers on the recursive sacrifice of Cultivator of Blades to Phantom Train, whose activated ability pumps the Train while sending the Cultivator to the graveyard. Thanks to the back side of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn // Isilu, Carrier of Twilight granting persist, the Cultivator slips right back onto the battlefield carrying a -1/-1 counter, which is immediately canceled out by the +1/+1 counter from its own fabricate ability. This ingenious cancellation keeps the Cultivator pristine and ready to be sacrificed all over again, generating an endless cascade of leaves-the-battlefield, death, and entry triggers.
