How it works

  1. Cast Fanning the Flames with buyback by paying 5R manaR mana.
  2. Veyran and Ovika each trigger twice.
  3. Resolve both Veyran triggers, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
  4. Resolve both Ovika triggers, creating eight 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin creature tokens with haste.
