How it works

1. Activate Skirk Prospector by sacrificing it, adding .
2. When Skirk Prospector dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Skirk Prospector from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Skirk Prospector from the top of your library by paying 1 life.
4. Aetherflux Reservoir triggers, causing you to gain 1 life for each spell you've cast this turn.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Gwenom, Remorseless to turn the top of your library into an alternative hand, letting you repeatedly cast Skirk Prospector for a life payment instead of its mana cost. Each time you sacrifice the Prospector to generate red mana, Mortuary quietly intercepts it on its way to the graveyard, placing it right back on top of your library to keep the chain moving. Meanwhile, Aetherflux Reservoir tracks your mounting spell count to offset Gwenom's life-payment cost while rapidly scaling your life total to lethal heights, ultimately allowing you to cash out the accumulated energy for a massive chunk of direct damage.
