How it works

1. Activate Skirk Prospector by sacrificing it, adding .
2. When Skirk Prospector dies, The Great Goblin's second ability and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Skirk Prospector onto the top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Resolve the Great Goblin trigger, exiling Skirk Prospector from the top of your library with the ability to play it until the end of your next turn.
5. Cast Skirk Prospector from exile by paying .
6. Repeat

This loop is a masterclass in recycling your own forces, turning the humble sacrifice of Skirk Prospector into an endless engine of destruction. As the Prospector falls, Mortuary catches it on its way to the graveyard and neatly stacks it right back on top of your library. Meanwhile, The Great Goblin watches your Goblin comrade perish, exiling it straight to the top of your library where you can immediately cast it again using the mana generated by the sacrifice.
