How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Gravebane Zombie.
2. Gravebone Zombie is put on top of your library instead of into your graveyard.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target opponent to mill cards equal to Gravebane Zombie's power.
4. Cast Gravebane Zombie from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a humble undead creature into an endless mill machine by turning the top of your library into a recurring hand. With Rooftop Storm eliminating all mana costs for your Zombie creature spells, you can cast Gravebane Zombie for free right off the top of your library. From there, Altar of Dementia provides the sacrifice outlet needed to trigger Gravebane Zombie's own replacement effect, neatly returning it straight to the top of your library instead of the graveyard. Magus of the Future seamlessly ties the whole engine together by letting you play cards directly from that revealed top deck, allowing you to repeat this cycle endlessly until every opponent has been milled away.
