How it works

1. Cast Karmic Guide by paying 3.

5. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, targeting Karmic Guide.
6. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
7. Resolve the Sister Hospitaller ability, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 5 life.
8. Repeat from step 2.
